02 Sesión exploratoria
La primera sesión es exploratoria, sin costo y de 30 minutos de duración. Su objetivo es evaluar la compatibilidad entre el cliente y los servicios ofrecidos. Esta sesión no implica compromiso contractual de ninguna de las partes.
Se requiere puntualidad. En caso de inasistencia sin previo aviso con al menos 24 horas de anticipación, la sesión se considerará realizada y no se reagendará sin cargo.
03 Aviso importante — Resultados no garantizados
LOS SERVICIOS DE CONSULTORÍA, MENTORÍA Y COACHING OFRECIDOS NO GARANTIZAN RESULTADOS ESPECÍFICOS DE NEGOCIOS, INGRESOS, CRECIMIENTO EMPRESARIAL O CUALQUIER OTRO RESULTADO PARTICULAR.

- No grabar, reproducir ni compartir el contenido de las sesiones sin autorización expresa y por escrito
- No utilizar los materiales del programa con fines comerciales propios
06 Limitación de responsabilidad
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY DEL ESTADO DE ARIZONA, CAROLINA ALVIAREZ NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS, INCLUYENDO PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, INGRESOS U OPORTUNIDADES DE NEGOCIO, QUE SURJAN DEL USO O LA IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DE LOS SERVICIOS.

02 Exploratory Session
The first session is exploratory, free of charge, and 30 minutes long. Its purpose is to assess compatibility between the client and the services offered. This session does not imply any contractual commitment from either party.
Punctuality is required. Failure to attend without at least 24 hours advance notice will result in the session being considered completed and will not be rescheduled free of charge.
03 Important Notice — No Guarantee of Results
THE CONSULTING, MENTORING, AND COACHING SERVICES OFFERED DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS, INCOME, BUSINESS GROWTH, OR ANY OTHER PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
Results depend on multiple factors, including each client's individual effort, commitment, prior experience, and circumstances. Any testimonials or success stories presented on this site reflect individual experiences and are not representative of results that all clients may expect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ARIZONA STATE LAW, CAROLINA ALVIAREZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
The total liability of Carolina Alviarez, for any reason related to a specific service, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
07 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Carolina Alviarez, her collaborators, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the website or services
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Violation of third-party rights
08 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
